As a Patient Care Coordinator at College Park Physical Therapy, you’ll manage the flow of patients through the clinic, support providers with scheduling and administrative coordination, and help ensure every patient interaction is efficient, professional, and positive. Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College coursework preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
    Full Time or Parttime - Monday thru Friday.
  • Exceptional communication skills—professional, friendly, and effective in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule patient appointments to support efficient clinic flow.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing-related processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact between patients, providers, and our billing team.
  • Maintain and manage confidential patient records.
  • Oversee patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collect patient responsibility for balances due.
